These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Plumb Parts Xpress website and mobile application, including any orders placed through our platform.
By using our website or app and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.
Plumb Parts Xpress provides a platform that connects tradespeople with participating merchants, enabling fast ordering and delivery of plumbing and trade-related parts.
2. Order Confirmation
Submitting an order through the Plumb Parts Xpress app or website does not constitute acceptance or confirmation of that order.
An order is only considered officially confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from us stating that:

Your order has been accepted, and

A driver is on route to collect the item(s) from the merchant.
Until this confirmation email is issued, Plumb Parts Xpress reserves the right to cancel or decline an order for any reason, including but not limited to stock availability, merchant availability, or delivery constraints.
3. Delivery Times
Plumb Parts Xpress aims to provide rapid delivery to help tradespeople keep their jobs moving.
In many cases, deliveries may arrive in as little as 10 minutes depending on location, driver availability, and merchant proximity.
However, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:

Traffic conditions

Weather conditions
-
Driver availability
-
Merchant preparation times
-
Road closures or unforeseen delays
By placing an order, you acknowledge that delivery times may vary and that delays may occur.
4. Stock Availability
We aim to ensure that product listings and stock levels displayed within the app and website are accurate at all times.
However, due to the nature of merchant inventory systems and high product turnover, there may occasionally be instances where a product appears available but is no longer in stock.
If this occurs:

The order may be cancelled or amended before confirmation.

You will be notified as soon as possible.
While we work closely with merchants to minimise these situations, stock discrepancies can occasionally occur and form part of operating a live inventory marketplace.
5. Returns and Tamper Labels
To protect the integrity of delivered items, all orders are supplied in sealed delivery bags fitted with non-returnable void security labels.
These labels are designed to show clear signs if they have been opened, torn, or tampered with.
If the void sticker or security seal is broken, torn, or tampered with, the item(s) contained within the bag will no longer be eligible for return.
This policy ensures product integrity and protects both merchants and customers.
If a return is required, the bag must remain fully sealed and unopened.
6. Accuracy of Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout is accurate, including:

Order details
Incorrect information may lead to delays or failed deliveries.
7. Service Availability
Plumb Parts Xpress aims to keep the app and website available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service.
