At Plumb Parts Xpress, we act as a third-party delivery platform connecting customers with merchants and delivering products on their behalf. Because of this, our returns policy differs from that of traditional retailers.
Please read the following carefully before placing an order.
1. Our Role as a Delivery Partner
Plumb Parts Xpress operates as a third-party courier and marketplace platform.
When you place an order through our platform, the product is supplied by an independent merchant, and we arrange the collection and delivery of that product to you.
Because we do not manufacture, stock, or sell the products directly:

We do not process returns or refunds for items.

All return requests must be handled directly with the merchant you purchased the product from.

Each merchant may have their own individual returns policy.
2. Tamper-Evident Delivery Packaging
For security and hygiene purposes, all deliveries are provided in tamper-evident packaging with a VOID security label.
Once the following occurs, the item cannot be returned:

The delivery bag has been opened, or

The VOID tamper label has been broken, removed, or tampered with, or
-
The product packaging has been opened or used.
If the tamper seal has been broken, the product will be considered accepted and non-returnable.
3. Unopened Items
If your delivery remains unopened and the tamper label is intact, you may be eligible to return the item.
To do so:

Contact the merchant you purchased the product from directly.

Follow the merchant’s specific returns procedure and policy.

The merchant will confirm whether the item can be returned and provide instructions.
Please note that return eligibility, time limits, and refund terms are determined solely by the merchant.
4. Delivery Responsibility
Plumb Parts Xpress is responsible only for:

Collecting the order from the merchant

Delivering the order to the customer
We are not responsible for:

Product defects

Product suitability

Merchant return policies

Refund processing

Return shipping arrangements
All such matters must be handled directly with the merchant.
5. Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries
If you believe your order has been delivered incorrectly or arrived damaged, please:

Provide photos if requested.
The merchant will advise on the next steps in accordance with their policy.
